Thursday night in the MM house

For starters, I ate Burger King last night for dinner. That in itself is weird. We NEVER eat fast food for dinner. It all started as a joke where I teased my son that we were going there, and I thought he'd get upset (disappointed), but instead he got all excited. So I felt I couldn't let him down. I just went through the drive thru. Anyways, maybe I'm a snob or something but fast food is just. not. food., to me. Now I have to eat really healthy and drink tons of water to help me get over it.

Then last night I had weird dreams. Nothing highly unusual about that, but I remember so much of them I thought I'd share some. First, it was all about OT. I was looking at the screen and somehow communicating with people without having to type. I could also decide who was there apparently, because only my friends were on there. :)
The other part of my dream last night was really weird! I was swimming in the nicest pool...the water was warm and nice and my cousin Kelsey was with me. Then we noticed these two teenagers making out nearby and we invited them in. Big Mistake! They just wanted to keep going at it, so we had to keep swimming around them. Fortunately though, we had a giant TV with some old New Kids on the Block videos playing. *snort* I kept hoping my dad didn't come home because I knew I'd be in trouble for letting the kids make out.

I love dreaming like that every night. I wish I could interpret them, but in the end I don't really believe in picking them apart and trying to read something into it. *shrug*

Other than that, I went to my parent's house to watch The Office last night. I'm glad that Dwight and Angela are currently not together since Jim and Pam are. I need someone to root for. Who here watches? I can't remember. I know Zombie does because we are fighting over Jim (what's new?). OMG! Just picturing Jim made remember a whole other part of my dream!! I know this guy who looks like Jim to me and I dreamt about him. :) *swoony sigh* He is younger than me and I used to babysit him, but swooning over him now isn't so bad since he's 28, right? In the dream, we were at a wedding and I needed to borrow his sister's shoes. he just smiled at me and I got all giggly. I'm so glad I remembered that.

Ever had a dream that made you smile the next day?

LOL! *does the Right Stuff dance* Sigh. I loved Joey Joe & Jon.

I had funny dreams, too! Chris and I were getting on the cruise ship, but there was nobody there to help. So we got on and couldn't find our room. It was all a bunch of dead end hallways and rooms that weren't ours and we had to climb a lot of ladders. Eventually we split up and I ended up swimming to another part of the ship, but took a wrong turn and ended up back swimming around an empty pier. It was very stressful. Then, I got back to the boat, found Chris, and found our room. Only the room was like a house with no walls. There were four other groups in one big area. Each "room" was deisigned differently, but there were no walls between the rooms.

Oh, and yucky on the Burger King. I've never been a fan.

I sometimes have dreams that make me smile the next day, but not very often. I rarely remember my dreams.

I am a big fan of The Office. It was nice to see Dwight happy at the end of the night last night. I also cracked up at his "Second Life" character.

The commercial at the end was great. That to me is one of the things that is special about this show. Michael, as bad as he is in every way, occasionally comes up with something that makes you really like him - or at least develop a soft spot for the guy. The commercial he made was really cool.

I generally don't remember the good dreams very often. The wierd or freaky ones - I always remember.

Burger King? Blech. I like McDonald's.

There's a lot of fast food I like. Double cheeseburgers at Burger King are my favorite, but I hate their fries.

Del Taco has really good crinkle cut fries. In and Out Burger is good. Taco Bell occasionally. I've been eating less and less fast food, though.

Normally when I remember my dreams they are either nightmares or night terrors. Neither of which I really want to remember. *pout*
I do remember some of my sex dreams though, too. Some make me smile. Others, I wish I hadn't had just because of who was involved in the dream.
Me? doesn't have fond thoughts of dreams.

Kim, I love your dream! It sounds so much like something I can relate to (dreamwise).

MTW, sorry you don't remember dreams. :( They are (unless you are Bravie) so much fun to think about! I loved Dwight last night, too.

Momma, McDonalds? Hmm. I haven't eaten there is so long I don't even know what they have (besides the obvious).

Carey, I love sex dreams. Except the occasional icky one. Some make me smile, too. ;-)

Did I tell you that in real lief I am married to the actor who plays Jim?

No? Well I am. Back off.

Oh if you dreamed about a nice warm pool did you wake up and pee in your bed?

I think dreaming of water means you are pregnant. For real.

MM said...

I can guarantee you I am NOT pregnant. Nor did I wet the bed. :P

And I had no idea you were married to Jim! When is our peep meet gonna be, anyways?

I'm an official "Office" fan. The actress who plays Pam is getting a divorce, in real life.

I remember dreams and horrible nightmares. Sometimes when I wake up, I want to fall back asleep real quickly, to resume my dream.

MM! I just saw that on the History channel starting Wednesday they have a new show "Monster Quest"!

You know what this means right? New Bigfoot footage!

Dop you think if everyone turned into zombies like in the movies Bigfoot would also?

I love The Office.

I finished up Season 3 last week. Silly Boo. I was very stressed this weekend because I wanted to start watching Season 4, which is on Tivo. But I remembered that I forgot to record Episode 1 of Season 4, so my plan was to watch that at NBC.com. So I was all prepared to watch it, and the site was down. I *have* to watch in order. I can't even begin to imagine what would happen to my brain if I went out of order.

So I moped and moped and moped and then I had a revelation. They re-aired Episode 4.1 on the following Saturday, which I recorded, so I was able to watch it after all.

I'm assuming Angela is going to dump Dwight in Episode 2.
