This is an update, just to update my blog.
So...hmmm.....Oh! I know! DH pissed me off today when he came home for lunch. He actually stayed for like, 30 minutes. The gall!
And? He keeps wanting to have sex. What the heck is wrong with that man? We've been married for almost 10 years, give me a break already! I can't even use my leave-in hair conditioner anymore because the smell makes him horny. *rolls eyes* <--(I kinda stole that from Jen)
I have a question, what does it mean when you are trying to eat something but you can't bring yourself to swallow? You just keep chewing and wondering if you will ever be ready...and then when you do, you want to throw up. Even though you like what you are eating and haven't really eaten much. Just wondering.

I wish my spouse would come home and want to sex. May I use that conditioner. *grin*
Did you mean to post a question about swallowing right after a statement about sex?
{snort!}
Umm, no. I didn't mean to do that.
Sicko.
Young lady, you are SO not thinking long term. Make the man a happy man now, and he'll still be around in 20 years, anxiously doing your bidding. And what, YOU can't think of a way to make it fun for you too?
By the way, this was WAY too easy to find!
MTW! :-)
OMG! You sneaky little devil! I *so* did not think you'd find me.
You could have at least given me warning so I could have edited stuff...geez.
And, you're right, of course. About the other stuff. I'll work on it. ;-)
Gag reflex!
Never had that.
I wish I had your problem! DH is always "tired".
Hey Zombs *wink* I'm never tired and never have a headache. How YOU doin?
Poor you. *snort* At least you know he's not got a girlfriend.
And I second bravie's swallowing comment.
*snort*
Why did I not catch the sex then swallowing thing? *sigh* For once, my mind isn't in the gutter.
Bravie...I am all lathered up in conditioner! Sweet smelling vanilla scented!
What's wrong with you people that it took a lesbian to come up with the swallowing pun. jeeeez.
*snuggles up close to Zombs*
You smell puuuuurdie.
Wow, and here I thought I'd have support. You're supposed to be feeling bad for me! I'll tell you all later how to get your spouse in the mood...really, I do know how. And, it's kind of evil. *grin*
And really, Carey, I thought your mind was on the *other* side of the gutter!
Woo! Looking forward to the sex tips.
DH used to be a pain in the ass about wanting sex, then he had a heart attack and ended up on a bunch of pills designed to keep blood thin and to make sure it doesn't pool anywhere.
Want a psychobabbly answer? Maybe he thinks that this is a way of getting closer to you - perhaps he feels as if you're drifting away from him. (You were saying before...)
Maybe you should tell him how close you feel to him when he does the dishes. :D
OK Seana is my favorite for today, I'm going to try that on my DH. *grin*
MM the swallowing (yes I caught the swallowing after sex) is most likely stress related.
Oh and Seana? My DH had a heartattack last year and is on all sorts of pills and he still wants sex constantly.
Sorry to hear it, Breezy. I think the whole heart attack experience is to be avoided if possible. That first year was pretty rough, I remember. (The year 2000 for us.) Turns out he has a "dead spot" on his heart. Just like his mother, which we didn't know until she went for some tests a couple years ago.
I wouldn't say he never wants sex anymore, but he's not as annoying about it anymore. It's just not convenient when I'm cooking. Or covered in dirt from gardening.
Who initiates is a bit more balanced now. Isn't that weird? Don't pester me and you're more likely to get what you want. :-)
LMAO that's what I try to tell him. If you'd quit pestering and whining about it, you'd get more. *grin*
Seana figured out my sex tip! My DH has never *not* wanted sex, in fact, he's never once turned me down and would still do it daily if I gave him the chance. But, after my recent "issues" with him, he went into sex overdrive. Just last night he said he didn't understand why he was wanting it ALL the time and I had to explain to him to that it is because he was feeling scared of losing me, now he is trying to "reclaim" me, ifyouknowwhatImean (he's like a dog marking his territory). He was all impressed with my smartness. :D
I knew that, because at times when he has done things in our marriage (in the archives if you want to know) that is exactly what I did.
Anyhow, I said it was evil because I was going to suggest making your husbands/SO jealous, do something to remind them not to take you for granted. I didn't set out to do that, but that is what happened here.
But a 'sex tip' blog session would be fun, no?
Sex tip:
Watch porn or anything involving Angelina Jolie or Matt Mc conna hottie....
mmmmm..
*runs* off to find DH...
Umm...Rose?
You may not steal my pretend boyfriend Matthew McConaughey. Do you understand me, Missy? Hmmm?
My sex tip:
To really ignite your sex life, start something five minutes before the kid(s) wake up from naptime.
Guaranteed sparks.
